Agentic property operations
The AI operating system for UK letting agents and HMOs.
Oakley replaces the patchwork — property management software, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, inboxes,
SpareRoom and Rightmove leads, accounting tools and paper forms — with one platform where AI agents do the
routine work and your team makes the calls. Built inside a working UK lettings business.

One O. Every property. Watch Oakley message tenants, generate landlord reports, flag maintenance
to the right person, forecast the week and analyse your financials — each one waiting for a person to say yes.
Agents that work. People who decide.
- Lead agent — qualifies SpareRoom, Rightmove, WhatsApp and web enquiries around the clock and offers viewings from your real diary.
- Maintenance agent — triages repairs by urgency and drafts the job for the right contractor.
- Compliance agent — keeps the clock on Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, deposits and Right to Rent.
- Paperwork agent — generates a branded, checked tenancy pack, sends it for e-signature and seals it.
- Reporting agent — writes each landlord's monthly update with the figures traced to source.
- Finance agent — matches QuickBooks payments to tenancies and flags arrears early.
Learns from your team
Every approval, edit and decline becomes a lesson in your workspace's private memory, so Oakley drafts the
next one the way your team would. You can read and delete every lesson. Your lessons are never shared with
another company.
Compliant by default under the Renters' Rights Act 2025
Periodic tenancies, written statements, rent-increase limits and penalties of up to £40,000 came in on
1 May 2026. Oakley tracks every date, builds the paperwork from checked templates and flags what needs a person.

Questions
- What is Oakley?
- Oakley is an AI-powered operating system for UK letting agents and property management companies. It brings leads, messages, properties, tenants, compliance, paperwork and payments into one workspace, where AI agents do the routine work and a person approves anything that matters.
- Does Oakley help with the Renters' Rights Act 2025?
- Yes. The Act moved every tenancy in England onto new rules from 1 May 2026, including periodic tenancies, written statements and limits on rent increases, with penalties of up to £40,000. Oakley tracks the dates, produces the paperwork from checked templates and flags what needs a person, so compliance is the default rather than a spreadsheet. It is software, not legal advice.
- Will the AI send messages without asking?
- No. Anything Oakley would send to a tenant, applicant, landlord or contractor waits for a person to read it and say yes. You can change the words first, or turn it down. Only replies to something the person just did themselves, such as a booking confirmation or a copy of what they signed, go straight away.
- How does Oakley learn from my team?
- Every approval, edit and decline is kept as a lesson in your workspace's private memory. Oakley uses those lessons — your wording, your rules, your exceptions — the next time it prepares the same kind of work. You can read and remove every lesson.
- Where is my data kept, and is it used to train other companies' AI?
- Your workspace's data and lessons stay in your workspace, in Google Cloud in London, under your team's permissions. They are not shared with other Oakley customers. Personal details are stripped from the lessons Oakley learns.
- What does Oakley cost?
- Plans start at £199 a month (Starter), with Growth at £599 and Professional at £1,250, priced by the rooms you manage and billed monthly. Enterprise is priced on request. Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial.
- Is there anything for renters?
- Yes — Oakley Homes. Renters build one profile with the areas, budget and features they want, get matched to rooms from agencies on Oakley, apply and chat, and see each agency's real reply speed and reviews before they apply.
